Liquid glucose from starch with a low sweetening power. It is a thick, clear and sweet syrup that can be used in desserts, cakes, sweets, ice cream and in the preparation of jams.
This product is as high in calories as sugar (3.84 kcal/g) but 4 times less sweet.
It gives density and body to drinks, fillings and pasta. It provides a protected source of glucose, the sugar that fuels efforts and provides energy to our brain.
Use: 75 g of glucose powder replaces 100 g of liquid glucose. Fructose and glucose.
