Fratelli Mantova Ghee Butter Spray based on sunflower oil and concentrated butter 200ml

Ghee Butter spray is a unique product on the market: it is born from the union of sunflower oil, present in a quantity of 60%, with concentrated butter.
By combining this formulation with a special spray system, it was possible to obtain a long-life product, which does not need to be stored in the fridge.
Ghee Butter can be consumed by people who are lactose intolerant as the amount of lactose present is below the traceability limit of 0.01%.
Given the percentage of butter present and the particular packaging, with a spray nebulization the amount of butter to be consumed is reduced, without sacrificing taste.

Ideal for healthy cooking or for seasoning. Perfect for baked goods, grilling or greasing baking trays and pans.
