Inspired by the pastry shapes of the past, we rediscover only Italian unrefined flours and mix them with Italian eggs from free-range chickens, fresh Italian milk, sugar and butter. Choosing to prioritize Italian wheat is an ethical choice aimed at the environment and the beauty of working with our farmers. We use type 2 flour or flour from direct grain processing, as the lower processing process means a higher proportion of mineral salts, vitamins and fiber compared to flours 0 and 00. For this product we use fresh Italian milk and select suppliers who pay particular attention to supply chain traceability systems and farm animal welfare principles. This also applies to eggs that come from free-range chickens in Italy.

Ingredients: soft wheat flour type "2" 63% - cane sugar 14% - sunflower oil - honey 5.5% - chopped caramelized almonds 4% (almonds, sugar, dextrose, honey) - butter 3% - fresh eggs from free-range chickens 2.5% - hazelnut flour 2% - pasteurized whole milk 2% - raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate - salt - aroma. May contain soy, other nuts and mustard.
