Tomato Spaccatelle

Tomato spaccatella (or fillet) is a product obtained by manually processing long tomatoes. It is cut into 4 parts, processed according to ancient tradition without removing the peel (unlike peeled tomatoes) and placed in the container filled with their own sauce. Finally, it is pasteurized with delicate cooking in a bain-marie so as not to alter its flavor.
Controlled origin tomato, from Salerno or Foggia.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, tomato puree and salt. (in a 360gr jar)
(Without the addition of citric acid or other chemical compounds).
