Antica Pasta egg pasta is bronze drawn. It is hand-rolled on sheets of pure cellulose paper and dried at low temperatures. It is produced in Italy with an artisanal process.
Maccheroncini di Campofilone IGP is the classic format of traditional egg pasta. It has obtained recognition as an IGP product, Protected Geographical Indication, which protects and enhances the product.
Maccheroncini di Campofilone IGP are bronze drawn, hand-rolled on sheets of pure cellulose paper and dried at low temperatures.
They are artisanal.
Egg macaroni are ideal enjoyed with fish or meat sauces, especially delicious with plenty of ragù as tradition dictates.
Dimensions: thickness 0.6 mm, width 1 mm.
Available in 250g packs.
Cooking times: 1-2 minutes.
